CONSULTING SERVICES

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products. However, we understand that there will be cases when our consulting services may not be the right match for you. If this is the case, we can only refund them if the work (e.g. the setup of Shopify) has not officially started. Once the work has started, we do not provide refunds or substitutions on our services.

 

EBOOKS

We have a 'no exchange and no return' policy for ebooks (i.e. PDF), which means you cannot exchange nor refund any of our ebooks.

 

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise (e.g. t-shirts) can only be returned to our supplier (i.e. Redbubble) within 90 days after receiving your order for most items. Masks are returnable within 14 days of receipt. If you have your email address and order number ready, you can submit your return by clicking this link and filling out this form.
