LOBLAW / SHOPPERS DRUG MART 

As a Senior Manager of Product Management at Loblaw / Shoppers Drug Mart, I lead multiple teams of product owners and analysts for the execution of the HealthWATCH pharmacy enterprise capabilities for 1300 stores to ensure its roadmap is fulfilled. I collaborate with Central Pharmacy Services and Healthcare Delivery Platform business partners to define the roadmap, and engage with the delivery and development teams to effectively prioritize the sprint activities and execute releases. 

I have been recognized with the 'Rising Star' award for my contributions in product management at Loblaw.

 

 

WELLNESSLIVING

  

 

As the Senior Product Manager, I led and mentor a team of 6 to 8 product managers and designers, while collaborating with other cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, onboarding, customer success and support), to shape the product roadmap and delivery.

I managed 3 major products (Elevate staff mobile app, Achieve client mobile app, and Explorer web app) to ensure that they are well aligned with the organizational strategy to build a world-class software solution for the health and wellness industry.

I ideated and strengthened the processes and tools for the product management department to improve productivity while coaching aspiring product managers.

 

UNIVERSITY HEALTH NETWORK

As the UHN Digital Senior Analyst, I managed the Patient Portal website from conception to launch.

 

 

 

INTERAXON

 

As the Product Manager, I led the vision, conception-to-launch strategy, roadmap and execution of Interaxon's SaaS web platform.

 

 

 

NEXJ SYSTEMS

As a Consultant, I customized NexJ's healthcare applications based on the client's requirements.

  

 

 

DALHOUSIE UNIVERSITY

As a student in the Master of ECommerce at Dalhousie, I developed a mapping tool that encoded XML to a web ontology language.
