    PROUDEST PROJECT:

The most honorable project that I am proud of and grateful is being part of UHN’s first patient driven initiative that empowers patients. I am proud that I was the key driver of such a great complex product from conception to launch. Most importantly, I was an instrument that empowered these patients to manage their own health information and make powerful decisions for their well-being. The rewards of being part of this project were supporting the end users, and listening to all their wonderful feedback about the Patient Portal. Additionally, This project was also aligned with UHN's overall strategy of "Patients as Partners", and I believe this Patient Portal product has contributed greatly to the success of the organization.
