- Business Overview: Defined a business strategy and its operations based on market and competition research.
- Product Management: Crafted unique products that celebrate South Asian in the global online market.
- Online Brand: Built a trusted online brand based on the company's vision, values and philosophy.
- Tools and Media: Set up a robust ecommerce platform and rewards system with Shopify tool. Utilized social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter) and Google Shopping/Merchant Center as digital marketing and sales channels to increase business awareness.
- Content Management: Created meaningful and consistent content for email campaigns, social media and blog posts to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engaged with customers and gather their feedback regularly to retain their confidence and loyalty.
- Reporting and Analytics: Utilized reports based on analytics and data to gain insights about online business and customers.
