PROJECTS:
- Health Coach: A wellness and disease management digital platform designed to enhance the collaboration between healthcare team and their patients to yield substantial improvements in wellbeing
- Disease Screening: A web application for the management of proactive disease screening programs across large population groups.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Planned and executed the “Healthy Communities” pilot project with Health Coach application containing over 50 users in less than 6 weeks to promote wellness.
- Collaborated with the product management team to define functional requirements and clinical workflows for NexJ Health Coach to meet customer needs.
- Translated user feedback into the business requirements and supported the implementation of a customized NexJ Disease Screening for the provincial colorectal cancer screening program with Eastern Health.
KEY LESSONS LEARNED:
- To perform a deep market analysis of the healthcare industry prior to customizing NexJ products for it.
PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:
The biggest accomplishment I am proud at NexJ was that the Healthy Communities project was released to NexJ within 6-8 weeks of me starting at this job. We registered over 50 users for the Health Coach app. This was the fastest implementation/execution of a project that I did.
