Have you ever made an overnight decision that completely transformed your journey for the better? In my case, there have been several ones, however, my solo adventures to Southeast Asia have forever been etched on my soul :). Hopping onto a plane within less than 2 weeks of planning initially percolated a mix of emotions of excitement and nervousness. However, reminding myself of the ancient scriptures, I decided to trust God and go with the flow. As a result, I was blessed with multiple extraordinary experiences that I would have never dreamt of. Here are some major highlights:

  • Feeling profound high energy within me after dipping in the Ganga river during water rafting in Rishikesh, India.

  • Soaking up the divine presence of the 700-year old Golden Buddha in Bangkok, Thailand.

  • Wandering around the Angkor Wat temple complex in Siem Reap, Cambodia, which was once the royal centre for the Khmer dynasty.

  • Mesmerizing the golden 140-feet Lord Murugan statue at the Batu caves in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • Devouring the famous Laksa noodles while sitting at Merlion park in Singapore.
